Refund Policy:

Our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you are less then satisfied with the quality or freshness of our products we will either reship the item or refund you the total value. As our products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns. All sales are final.

Wholesale refund policy:

If your order arrives damaged such as the package seals are broken, the boxes are damaged or the product as spilled you have 10 days of receipt to return your order(s) to us for a refund or exchange.

Shipping Policy:

We have many delivery options available through our carrier of choice: UPS. At this time we do not offer other carrier options.

Our standard delivery option is through UPS ground where your order will arrive 4-7 business days (at most) after we ship it. Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. For expedited shipping we offer two day (UPS 2nd Day Air) and overnight (UPS Next Day Air Saver) for delivery Monday through Friday. Expedited shipments are given priority status in our warehouse and generally processed within 1-2 business days, provided all ordered products are in stock. Weekend delivery is not available.

Signature confirmation is available per request for an extra charge. Though it is not available for purchase online. To make arrangements please contact customer service at 312.351.257.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout through UPS’s automated tools based on your total order weight and shipping method.

If you need your order by a certain date, we recommend you contact customer service before placing your order so we can advise on the most appropriate delivery option or make special arrangements. Though we cannot issue refunds for orders not delivered by a specific date, we work hard to get your candy out the door as fast as possible.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for an order shipped to an incorrect address, due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout. We also are not able to ship to Post Office Boxes. Please insure that we have a physical address in which to mail your order. If a P.O. Box address is provided to us in error, our customer service department will contact you by email or phone for a physical address.

For health reasons we cannot accept any candy for a refund, unless it had been damaged in transit. However, we do recognize that there are exceptions to every rule and certain situations may arise where a refund is reasonable.
